First session

We will discuss what you want from coaching and how that fits in with your life as it is now. I will seek to understand you and your situation.

Subsequent sessions

I will help you to identify exactly what it is that you want. We will work together to decide what actions you need to take to move forward. Each session we will review your goal and how effectively you are moving towards it. Together we will assess progress and decide on what the next steps should be.

As your coach I will support you unequivocally. I will provide you with non-judgemental feedback, I will help you to find your own answers to your problems, I will offer insights and advice when requested. Through the coaching process you will find that your confidence and self-belief grows as will your mental and emotional clarity. Your belief in your ability to be the person you want to be and to have the life you want to have will grow correspondingly.
